The "Asia-Pacific Development Center on Disability" (APCD) Project is a technical cooperation project between the Government of Japan and the Government of Thailand, which is started in Bangkok on 1 August 2002.
The Overall goal of the project is to promote the empowerment of people with disabilities and a barrier-free society in developing countries in the Asia and Pacific Region.
PAD has also joined hands with Disabled People International (DPI) through DPIP, for supporting the cause, we believe that if all Persons with Disabilities join hands and help each other, we can achieve the goals faster and with more ease. We at PAD are supporting DPIP / DPI for the cause!
Deaf Friends International, Ohio - USA. was a paper magazine of the deaf, encouraging deaf youth and adults to express themselves and make friendship with deaf and non-deaf people from all over the world, now its web base organization. Assistant Director of DFI is also our volunteer member and eager to Promote LOVE, PEACE and FRIENDSHIP.
We often share news with International Deaf Children Society, UK that they publish on their website.
